Angelic faces gard my grave
In witch for centuries I rest...
They look down to me and cry my name,
A name drown in shame...
I vas a mortal just like you
I thought I'd live forever
But now I look upon the earth
That never gave me birth...
So sad the tears that fall to earth
So lonley seems eternity
For those who saw the laughing face
Of a mortal beauty...
Don't try to fly my crying angel,
Don't try to raise your stone cold body,
Stay, here, near by the stranger
That made your tears so holly...

Under a headline of tragedy
That smile used to give me warmth
Farewell - no words to say
beside the cross on your grave
and those forever burning candles
